The service
White Space Signal is a commercial-intelligence service that publishes ranked BUILD and BUY opportunity intelligence with supporting evidence, analysis, uncertainty and validation guidance. It is informational research, not legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Subscription and billing
White Space Signal is $59 USD per month and includes both BUILD and BUY unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Starting access
When you subscribe, you request access to begin immediately after successful payment so your subscribed website access becomes available as soon as payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and statutory rights
You may cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal from your account. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the paid billing period. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer right that applies to you under law.
No guaranteed outcome
Commercial opportunities are uncertain. Rankings, states and evidence can change as new information appears. We do not guarantee that a Signal will become profitable, investable, buildable or commercially successful. The service is designed to improve decision quality, not to replace your own due diligence.
Intellectual property
Your subscription is for your own use. You may use the intelligence to inform your decisions, but you may not systematically republish, resell, scrape or redistribute the paid Top 10, reports, rankings or evidence compilations as a competing information product.
Availability and freshness
We aim to keep the service available and publish only validated rankings. If a new ranking fails validation or cannot be completed, the latest valid snapshot may remain visible with its original date until a new complete ranking passes validation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where the law does not allow that. Subject to those mandatory rights, White Space Signal is not responsible for losses caused by treating the service as a substitute for your own professional, commercial, legal, technical or financial due diligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
